We would like to inform you that a practice observation session for Big Frames members will be held at Kodaira Ground.
Please note that due to facility and infection prevention measures, we will limit the number of participants to 100 people.
Please review the following information and notes below, and apply only if you agree.

We will contact only those selected by email by Nov 17 (Wed), 2021.

9:45 a.m.     Gather at the south side space of FC Tokyo Kodaira Ground
10:00 a.m.～ Practice observation

□ Notes when applying
・Please refrain from applying if you have had a fever after November 9 (Tue).
・Before applying, please be sure to check the following precautions for the day and apply only if you have understood and agreed.
・One application per member. (If you apply multiple times, your application will be deemed invalid.)
・Only the member themselves may participate.
・There is a possibility that the start time of the practice may be changed suddenly. In that case, please note that the implementation time of this plan will also be changed, so please understand in advance. If the start time of the practice is changed, we will inform you at the email address you provided when applying.
・If the practice is suddenly canceled, this event will also be canceled. Please understand in advance. If the cancellation is decided, we will notify you at the email address you provided when applying.

□ Precautions on the day
- Accompanying persons (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Please make sure that the member who has won the lottery participates. *Please note that we cannot take care of your child during the visit.
- Wearing a mask is mandatory during the practice visit (entry is not allowed with only a face shield or mouth guard).
- If you have a fever or are not feeling well on the day, please refrain from visiting.
(In the case of obvious poor physical condition during the visit, entry may be refused.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for you to visit in advance.
・Please note that there are no chairs provided at the viewing area. However, you are welcome to bring your own portable chairs. (Please refrain from using vinyl sheets or mats.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・The event will proceed in case of rain. As there is no roof at the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area. Please prepare your own measures against the cold.
・Player calls and cheers are prohibited. We only allow applause for players before and after practice.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Also, please note that we do not accept gifts for players in advance.

[Regarding photography on the day]
・On the day, there is no problem with taking photos and videos for personal enjoyment.
・Posting photos and videos before the start of practice and after the end of practice on SNS is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to the practice on the day of the observation session, as well as posting articles related to the practice (practice content, members, the state of Kodaira Ground, etc.) on SNS such as Twitter and Instagram, is prohibited. If posts are confirmed at a later date, we will no longer be able to hold events like this in the future, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
