FC Tokyo will begin a test introduction of a service that allows you to repurchase a different seat even after purchase using QR tickets (credit card payment only) bought through J.League Ticket, starting from the 2021 Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 28 match vs Kashiwa Reysol on Sunday, September 12 (7:00 p.m. kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium).

□ What you can do with the seat change (upgrade) service
① Ticket upgrade
Example: When changing from a Home seat (2,600 yen) to a Main S reserved seat (5,500 yen), you can make the change by paying the difference of 2,900 yen plus a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

② Seat change within the same grade
Example: If you purchased a ticket in a location close to the pitch in the Main S section, but you would like to change to a seat under the roof due to the weather forecast on the day of the match, you can change your seat by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

③ Adding tickets and changing previously purchased seats
Example: If you purchased one ticket in the Back section but want to purchase additional tickets for companions to sit together, you can change the previously purchased seat and add tickets by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket and an additional purchase fee of 3,400 yen.

□Regarding the Reception Period for the Seat Change Service
Seat change service is available from the pre-sale date at 8:00 until the opening time on the day of the match.
Please check the game information for each match for the opening time and other details.

□ Notes
※ It is not possible to reduce the number of purchased tickets, downgrade, or receive a refund for the difference.
※Target tickets: QR tickets only (credit card payment only)
※Seat change unit: If the number of tickets purchased and the amount paid are less than the specified amount, the service cannot be used.
Example: If you purchase 2 seats for 2,000 yen each (total of 4,000 yen)
A. Seat change to 3 seats for 3,000 yen each: ○
B. Seat change to 2 seats for 2,000 yen each: ○
C. Seat change to 1 seat for 4,000 yen: × (because it changes from 2 seats to 1 seat)
D. Seat change to 2 seats for 1,500 yen each: × (because it changes from 4,000 yen to 3,000 yen)
※User handling fee: A seat change fee of 110 yen/seat will be charged.
※Tickets purchased through J Ticket coupons or campaigns cannot be used.
※Tickets obtained through Club Support Member benefit tickets, corporate select tickets, preferential sales, or invitation plans are excluded. Also, please note that some seat types, such as pitch-side seats, are excluded.
