Based on the government's declaration of a state of emergency and the J-League's policy on holding matches, we would like to inform you about the refund process for tickets for the Yokohama F.Marinos match on May 1 (Sat), which will be held as a remote match (without spectators).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to everyone who purchased tickets looking forward to the match, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

□ About Ticket Handling
All tickets for the match will be refunded.
* All purchased paid tickets and parking tickets are eligible for refunds.

□About Ticket Refund Methods
We are currently coordinating so that refunds for both paper tickets and QR tickets can begin in early June. Once the details are finalized, we will announce them on the FC Tokyo homepage around late May.

For Paper Ticket Holders
Refunds are planned to be processed at the convenience store where the ticket was issued (7-Eleven stores).

For QR Ticket Holders
Refunds are planned to be made via bank transfer using Pia’s (Welnet remittance service). An email regarding the refund procedure will be sent before the refund process begins.

Please keep your tickets carefully until the refund method details are finalized.

□ Handling of Resale Tickets
Regarding the resale transactions that were made for the match, we will process all cancellations by June 6 (Fri). Therefore, sellers and buyers will receive cancellation notifications via email from J-League Tickets. Please be aware of this in advance.

After the cancellation process is executed, the rights to the QR tickets will return to the sellers, so the sellers will need to handle the refunds.
