We would like to inform you about the treasure goods lottery and player card distribution for the 2021 Meiji Yasuda J1 League 5th round match against Shonan Bellmare (kickoff at 18:00/Ajinomoto Stadium) on March 17th (Wed).

The treasure goods lottery and player card distribution will be conducted online only. (If you participate in the online treasure goods lottery, the completion email will include a URL where you can download the digital player card.)
For the online treasure goods lottery, please log in to the members-only My Page and apply via the dedicated form announced on the day of the match.

By applying for the online treasure goods lottery, you can download player card data from the URL specified in the application completion email.
※Limited to 2021 Club Support Member
※Player card data is available in four types (image is type 1)
Type 1 player card... This is the design of a regular player card.
②Lock screen... This is an image of ① resized to the size of a mobile phone lock screen (2,436×1,125)
③Postcard
④Folded player card... Data of the front and back of a regular player card.
※Items ③ and ④ can be printed out by customers using Seven-Eleven Net Print.

Please print out the player card with an L-sized photo specified and fold it in half to create your own player card.
