We would like to inform you about ticket sales for the March 17 (Wed), 2021 Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 5 match FC Tokyo vs Shonan Bellmare (kickoff at 6:00 p.m. / Ajinomoto Stadium).
Due to restricted matches, entry with SOCIO card is not available. For those who have purchased annual tickets, you will also need to purchase tickets separately. For restricted matches, we will conduct advance sales for 2021 SOCIO members.
*Entry is not allowed with the SOCIO card, so annual ticket resale is also excluded.
※Refunds for annual tickets will be made in a lump sum "after the end of the season".
※Please note that even pair seat holders will need to purchase tickets separately. Details on how to purchase will be provided separately.
Due to the extension of the state of emergency and the imposed restrictions on event operations, including efforts to shorten business hours until 8:00 p.m., the kickoff time will be changed.

□Notice
・Even for those who will purchase tickets in the future, the kickoff time will be listed as 7:00 p.m. in the system, but please be aware that the kickoff will be at 6:00 p.m. as stated above.
・There is no need to repurchase tickets. Tickets you have already purchased can be used as they are.
・As previously informed, there will be no refunds for tickets due to the change in kick-off time.
□About Official Resale
・All customers who purchased tickets as QR tickets can list them for official resale until the day before the match.
Please make use of it.
※The following tickets are not eligible for resale.
1. Paper tickets issued at convenience stores (including pair seats)
2. Corporate select tickets
3. QR tickets other than the above SOCIO price, member price, and general price (such as CSM limited Main S reserved seats (south side) special price tickets)
This match will be held after the current state of emergency declaration period (March 7), but since the lifting has not been officially decided at this time, ticket sales (March 3) will start with a limit of 5,000 tickets. In the future, if the state of emergency is lifted or the situation changes, we plan to ease the entry restrictions according to the operational protocol at that time.
Regarding the visitor seats, tickets will not be sold at the time of ticket sales and are planned to be sold after the relaxation of restrictions has been confirmed.
For this match, due to the extension of the state of emergency declaration, the planned relaxation of restrictions will not be implemented.
When the currently available tickets are sold out, the sales will end. The game will be operated with a limit of 5,000 spectators.
Also, since tickets for the "visitor seats" will not be sold, those who wish to support the visiting team will not be able to attend.

□ About Seat Spacing
The J.League COVID-19 Response Guidelines state that "a gap of about one seat should be left in front, behind, and to the sides," but for the March 17 (Wed) match against Shonan, ticket sales will begin with a spacing of three seats to the left, right, front, and back, the same as during the 5,000-person limit period at the time of ticket release.We plan to add additional sales by selling seats with a gap of three seats on both sides in the rows that were not being sold at the time when the relaxation of restrictions was confirmed.
Due to the extension of the state of emergency, there will be no additional sales. Therefore, the game will be operated with the same seat spacing as during the "start of sales".

※There will be no exchange of general admission tickets for back free seating and no invitation for designated back center seats during matches with a limit of 5,000 people. We kindly ask for your understanding.

□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or on-site ticket booths at the stadium on the day of the event.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff.

Notes
・To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, all seats will be assigned seating.
・Accompanying individuals, including family members who came with you, must also sit with space between them. (Children not yet in school may sit on a parent's lap)
・To prevent the spread of infection, moving from the assigned seats to other seats or aisles, including those under a roof or empty seats, is strictly prohibited.
・Please understand that ticket purchases are on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired seat type, seat, or sit next to other applicants.
・With the implementation of assigned seating, priority entry for SOCIO members will not be conducted.
・Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, entry will be denied, and we will not be able to refund the ticket price. Thank you for your understanding.
・Children not yet in school do not need a ticket if they are sitting on a parent's lap.
・Reselling tickets on auctions or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
・Please note that even if the kick-off time changes due to an extension of the state of emergency, tickets will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
