This is information regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards, membership cards, etc., for those who applied for the 2021 season annual tickets and Club Support Membership.

[Important Notice]
Although a schedule is enclosed, please note that due to shipping arrangements, it is the schedule as of January 22, 2020.
Changes from the enclosed schedule:
・Regarding the group stage schedule of the <2021 J.League YBC Levain Cup>, as announced by the club on Wed, Feb 9, the kickoff time for Sec. 1 match against Tokushima Vortis has been changed from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..

□ About the delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. Thank you. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches on 3/3 (Wed) against Tokushima and 3/6 (Sat) against C Osaka will be restricted matches, and as previously informed, they will be matches where entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed. Therefore, everyone must purchase tickets themselves and enter the venue, so please be aware.

▷Recruitment starts ~ Jan 19 (Tue) for those who have made payment
⇒Annual ticket set will be shipped sequentially starting from Feb 19 (Fri)

※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.

▷For those who made a payment after Jan 20 (Tue)
⇒The distribution will be at the game venue of home games after the Tokushima Vortis match on Mar 3 (Wed). Please note that it may take significantly longer to receive the item due to infection prevention measures, etc.
We will inform you separately about the date, time, and location of the pick-up once it is decided.

The shipment is scheduled to be sent on the following schedule, so thank you in advance.

⇒Shipment will be made at any time from Feb 19 (Fri)
※Even for people with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.

⇒Scheduled to be shipped on Feb 26 (Fri)
