Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection, this event has been canceled for all dates.

FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Workshop in Musa Plaza" in January 2021. The venue is the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza, located adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.

This event will be conducted using a size 5 soccer ball. It is a beginner-friendly class for those who want to move their bodies, have fun kicking the ball, and learn the basics of soccer. We look forward to your participation.

For soccer and futsal beginners aged 18 and above
※Training and games are conducted while enjoying the basics. Please refrain if you are serious or competitive.

* After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please confirm by phone (03-5600-4441).
* If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,
the results for the Jan 12 event will be sent by Jan 7 (Thu)
and the results for the Jan 26 event will be sent by Jan 19 (Tue)
as the response deadline, and you will be notified by email by the deadline.
* If you do not receive an email by the day after the response deadline, please contact the inquiry number below.

[About Waiting for Cancellation]
After the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.

Facility Usage
[Facility Notes]
・We will conduct temperature checks and confirm your health condition at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Please wear a mask for all visitors entering the building.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes will not be allowed to enter.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff.

[Cannot enter if the following applies]
・In case of fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.)
・If there is a person suspected of being infected among family members or close acquaintances living together

[Regarding the use of the changing room]
・Please maintain a distance from others when using the locker to avoid close contact.
- Showers are available, but there is a limited number. (There may be restrictions due to the COVID-19 infection)
・Please refrain from engaging in conversations between users
・Please follow the instructions of the designated administrator for other facility management.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, please do not push yourself if you are not feeling well.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
