FC Tokyo will hold the "StayHome Training Menu Clinic with Training Kit for Elementary School Students (1st to 3rd grade) - Stand out from your rivals with training at home during the winter break!"
Why not take this winter vacation, when it is difficult to go out long distances due to the impact of infectious diseases, to train at home or in your neighborhood and aim for improvement?
"I don't know what kind of training to do"
"I can't give advice to my child"
Based on such voices from everyone, we will hold a clinic where we actually perform training menus that can be easily done using kits and also provide information on training points.
The kit used on the day will be presented to you, so please continue training with it even after the clinic and gain an advantage over your rivals during the StayHome winter break!

～Stand out from your rivals with StayHome's winter break training at home!～
・Introduction and practice of training menus that can be done alone or with parents at home or in the neighborhood as voluntary training
(1) Step work, coordination, etc.
(2) Soccer techniques (dribbling, control, etc.)
* Parents are also asked to experience and support their child's training together. Please come dressed in clothing suitable for light exercise.

・Morning session: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
・Afternoon session: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
* The morning and afternoon sessions cover the same content. Please apply for either session.

Boys and girls in grades 1 to 3 of elementary school
・Morning session: 20 participants
・Afternoon session: 30 participants
*This is not held by individual grade.
