8/15 (Sat) Nagoya Match Club Support Member Registration and U-18 Registration Benefit Goods Exchange Implementation Guide
On Saturday, August 15, 2020, during the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 10 match vs Nagoya Grampus (7:00 p.m. kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium), we will be accepting Club Support Member registrations and conducting the exchange of enrollment benefit goods for the "2020 Club Support Member U-18." ※After the game, we will move to the vicinity of the main 3 gates.

From gate opening (scheduled 5:00 p.m.) until 30 minutes after the end of the match

When you complete the membership application process at the game venue, you will receive membership benefits on the spot.

▽About U-18 Membership Benefits Goods Exchange
Please fill in the required information on the exchange ticket sent together with your membership card and bring it to the above exchange location.
You can exchange it for your desired product.
* To prevent coronavirus infection, we do not provide writing instruments for filling out the form. Please be sure to fill it out in advance.
* If a proxy brings the exchange ticket, the exchange can be made even if the member themselves does not attend.
