※Seats that have been reserved the day before but have not been paid by the deadline will expire, and will be resold starting at 10:00 AM the next day.
Example) If you secured a seat by purchasing a ticket at a convenience store on 7/25 (Sat), but did not make the payment or issue the ticket by 23:59 on the day, the seat will be considered sold out when sales start at 8:00 on 7/26 (Sun), but it will be available for purchase at 10:00.

[For SOCIO Members]
We will be conducting advance sales for 2020 SOCIO members.
*Due to the short period until the start of sales, the lottery that was conducted during the ticket sales for the Urawa match on 7/18 (Sat) will not be held. All sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Target audience: Participants of 2020SOCIO
※All participants of 2020SOCIO are eligible, regardless of whether they have applied for a refund or not.
*Family tickets (those with F1 and F2 attached to the SOCIO number) are also eligible.

- In order to prevent the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving to seats or aisles that are covered by a roof and are vacant.
・Please note that being an early bird purchaser does not guarantee the availability of your preferred seat type, specific seat, or adjacent seat with the simultaneous applicant. Thank you for your understanding.
・With the conversion of all seats to designated seating, there will be no SOCIO priority entry.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied and we cannot refund the ticket price, so please understand.
・Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.

Regarding pair seats, due to the seating arrangement, they will be sold through a lottery system. Please apply through the application form that we have sent to you by mail. Please note that today, 7/20, is the deadline for applications.

SOCIO members can purchase from the early pre-sale period as well. Please check the purchase method, which has been sent separately by mail (shipped on Wednesday, July 8).

The same operation as the Urawa game on 7/18 (Sat) will be implemented. Details will be announced later.

[About visitor seats]
We will not be providing visitor seats to prevent the spread of infection.

□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or on-site ticket booths at the stadium on the day of the event.

▽Definition of consecutive seats when there is a gap between seats and notes when purchasing tickets

As follows, please sit with a space between seats during games with restrictions.
During the state of emergency (strong restrictions), matches will be held with a limit of 5,000 people. The main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) will have a distance of 2 seats horizontally. The north side (Home) will have a distance of 2 seats horizontally up to the 17th row, and from the 18th row onwards, there will be a distance of 3 seats horizontally. The upper level will have a distance of 3 seats horizontally for all rows.
Therefore, when making your purchase, please consider seat numbers with 1 to 3 vacant seats as consecutive seats.
※If you purchase seats automatically selected, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, the system will display the message "We were unable to provide consecutive seats. We will provide seats that are separated. If there is no problem, please check the approval and proceed with the procedure as it is.". Please proceed as it is.
(Example) When you select two tickets and get "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 4", Seats 2 and 3 in Row 1 are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.

Note: It is also possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection at the time of purchase, but please note that it is not guaranteed to be able to secure adjacent seats due to system limitations. We recommend purchasing tickets with individual seat selection.

[Automatic Seat Selection Rules]
It is possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection at the time of purchase, but please note that the seats will be automatically selected according to the following rules. We recommend that you purchase seats by selecting them individually using "Individual Seat Selection".

・Automatic Selection Rule
Select a seat that is "close to the pitch" and "close to the center area" from the available seats within the selected seat type.

[Gray shaded area] Seats that were not originally for sale
[Yellow shaded area] Seats currently on sale

In the above case, if you choose automatic selection and purchase 2 tickets, it will be "vacant seats in rows 7, seat 4 and row 7, seat 7 are adjacent". However, in the case of automatic selection, seats that are "close to the pitch" and "close to the center area" will be automatically selected, so "row 3, seat 4 and row 6, seat 2" will be selected.
If you choose individual seats, you can select and purchase seats by yourself. You can also purchase seats as "7th row, seat 4 and 7th row, seat 7" together. Please purchase individual seats.

▼Major changes in the strict security system match
①All seats are designated seats
Please be seated in the designated seats for contact tracing and notification in case of infection. Please note that seat changes after purchase are not allowed.
Also, please note that the seat arrangement and prices for this match are different from regular matches due to the conversion to assigned seating. Please be careful when making your purchase.
Seats up to the 19th row in the lower stands are expected to get wet in the rain. On the day of the event, in order to prevent the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving to seats or aisles that are covered or vacant. Please make sure to watch the game from the seat you have purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
With the conversion to all reserved seating, there will be no priority entry for SOCIO members.

②Ticket sales only for FC Tokyo (J-League tickets)
①In order to identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, ticket sales will be limited to FC Tokyo (J-League tickets) only.

③Seat Spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please leave 1-3 seats between you and others when sitting. This also applies to accompanying family members (lap seating is allowed for preschoolers).

④Tickets will be released about 1 week before the match.
Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, there is a possibility that restrictions on match hosting may change. Therefore, ticket sales will start 1 week before each match, and the sales period will start from 8:00 AM on the first day of advance, pre-sale, and general sales.

⑤Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
