Club Announcement

This is a guide for the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members.

【Notes】
We have enclosed a schedule, but please note that it is the schedule as of January 29, 2020, due to shipping constraints.
<Changes from the enclosed schedule>
①Regarding the schedule of the group stage (Group F) of the AFC Champions League 2020, as announced by the club on 2/4 (Tue), the date of the 3rd match against Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club has been changed to May 27 (Wed).

Delivery of □ annual tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. Please note that if you have applied for the Club Support Member at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.

▷For those who applied from the start of recruitment until arrival on Jan 5 (Sun)
⇒Shipping on Feb 7 (Fri)

▷For those who applied with arrival from Jan 6 (Mon) to Jan 23 (Thu)
⇒Feb 14 (Fri) to Feb 17 (Mon) for shipping

※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.

For those who apply after the above, the delivery will be at the venue of the home games of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League after the match against Yokohama F.Marinos on 2/29 (Sat). Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your annual ticket due to congestion on the day of the match, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

About the delivery of □ Club support members
The shipment is scheduled to be sent on the following schedule, thank you in advance.
※For those who have selected the "Big Shoulder Bag" as a commemorative gift for joining at the Middle level or above, the membership set will be sent in two separate shipments. Please understand in advance that due to postal circumstances, they may not arrive at the same time.

▷For those who completed payment from the start of recruitment until January 13 (Mon, public holiday)
⇒ Shipping will begin sequentially from February 7 (Fri)
*Even for those at the same address, arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
If you do not receive it by Feb 14 (Fri), please contact the inquiry address below.

▷For those who completed payment from Jan 14 (Tue) to Jan 28 (Tue)
⇒Scheduled to be shipped on Feb 14 (Fri)

▷For those who completed payment from Jan 29 (Wed) to Feb 16 (Sun)
⇒Scheduled to be shipped on Feb 19 (Wed)

▷For those who complete payment on or after February 17 (Mon)
⇒We will ship within approximately two weeks after payment.
