We implemented a lottery system for the entry waiting line at the Shonan match on November 23. Based on the feedback we received regarding this matter, although we had already announced that the lottery system would be implemented for the next match, we will cancel the implementation of the lottery system for the Urawa match on November 30. We will partially revise and implement the conventional waiting line operation method that had been in place until the Hiroshima match on August 17, as described below.

[Supplementary Explanation on Tuesday, 11/26]
Based on the inquiries and feedback we have received so far, we will provide additional explanations, so please check them. (Parts in red)

1. Implementation Method
(1) Changes from the conventional waiting line operation method

At 8:00 a.m., for each SOCIO member gathered, the maximum number of people allowed to enter simultaneously at SOCIO gate opening, including that member, is up to 5 people. (The person gathering may be alone)
<Change ②>
At 8:00 a.m., only the SOCIO members gathered will be given cards with assigned numbers. The distributed cards will be collected upon entry.

(2) Flow on the Day
・On the day of the match, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" located within the stadium grounds from 8:00 am. Also, the maximum number of people allowed to enter at the same time, including yourself, is up to 5 people. (Change point ①)
・We will move to the waiting area of the desired entrance gate as soon as preparations are complete from 8:00 AM. (As usual)
・After moving to the waiting area for each desired gate, we will distribute up to 5 cards with assigned numbers. The distributed cards will be collected upon entry. Those who do not have a card at the time of entry cannot enter simultaneously. (Change ②)
・After moving to the waiting area, it is possible to leave the waiting line. Please return to the waiting line at 10:00 AM. (As usual)
・If you move to the waiting area, please line up at the end of the waiting line. Note that there will be no distribution of cards with ticket numbers for that person. (As usual)
・The card with the assigned number will be collected upon entry (before baggage inspection).

(3) Other
・General tickets (including QR tickets) will be operated in the same way as SOCIO members, but numbered tickets will not be distributed. (Numbered tickets will only be distributed to SOCIO members who arrive by 8:00)
・Reserving seats by placing items the day before is prohibited.
・Only those with designated seat tickets can use the main gate.
・The main gate will open for entry at 10:35 AM, 5 minutes after the SOCIO opening time. (Entry from the main gate will be possible for all ticket types once the waiting line at other gates is cleared)
・There is no general parking available, so please refrain from coming by car.
・Parking on the street in the vicinity will cause inconvenience, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.

Opening time for the 2.11/30 Urawa match
・SOCIO opening time: 10:30
・General opening time: 11:15
※If the SOCIO waiting line is resolved, there is a possibility that the general opening time may be earlier.
