FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in June. The venue is the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to try it out and are complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

※The Selected Class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.

* There will basically be no cancellations on either day, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, no make-up dates will be held.

※Reception for Section 2 will begin after Section 1 ends. You cannot enter until Section 1 is finished, so please wait in the seating area or somewhere other than the gymnasium.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics of stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

* This class is mainly for beginners, focusing on basic practice. Also, those kicking a ball for the first time or who have never exercised before can participate with confidence.

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu · Eifuku Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class Advance (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the Eifuku Gymnasium futsal class on a regular basis.

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu/Koganei) and adult futsal classes for ladies and beginners, as well as the Advanced Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu).

・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
*Regarding the payment of the participation fee
・The participation fee must be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5:00 p.m. on the day before (Fri).
*Please note that if you miss the 5:00 p.m. deadline on the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, in the case of a no-show without notice, you may be refused entry if there is a lottery in the future. The cancellation fee must be paid at the time of your next participation.

* If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,

For those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
