Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Level)" in May.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to try it out and are complete beginners.

Experience the fun of futsal together with the coaches and get moving! All the coaches sincerely look forward to your participation.

Also, this time the classes are divided into a mixed-gender super beginner category and a women-only category (there is no particular level division, but those with a competitive focus are asked to refrain), so please be sure to check.

*The super beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are generally not accepted.

 *There is parking available, but the number of spaces is limited, so please use public transportation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Also, please be aware that parking may not be available due to events at the gymnasium.

□Target
・Men and women beginners aged 18 and over
・Women aged 16 and over only (There is no level division, but those with a competitive mindset are asked to refrain)

Number of recruits
16 people for both Part 1 and Part 2

※In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority).
*Women can participate in either the 1st or 2nd session, or both; however, if participating in both, the fee for two sessions must be paid.

・May 6 (Sun) (2 categories held)

Sec. 2 (11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) Women only

・May 19 (Sat) (2 categories held)
Sec. 1 (9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) Coed Super Beginner
Sec. 2 (11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) Women only

*As a rule, there will be no cancellations; however, in the unlikely event of a cancellation, no make-up dates will be held.
*There will be two sessions held in May.

□ Reception Hours
Sec. 1 (8:45-9:25)
Sec. 2 (11:05-11:25)
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception for the 2nd session will begin as soon as the 1st session ends, so please note that entry is not allowed until the 1st session is finished.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

 
□ Coaching Staff (Licenses)
※Will be conducted with a basic formation of 2 players

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class A, AFC Futsal GK Level-1, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor, Kids' Leader U-6, U-8, U-10)
※I am in charge of the Futsal School (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the Adult Futsal Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Advanced Class) on a regular basis.

・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am usually in charge of the Soccer and Futsal Schools (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and the Adult Futsal Classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu / Ladies & Beginners).

・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5/4 (Fri) 17:00 and 5/18 (Fri) 17:00 respectively.
※If it exceeds 17:00, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, in case of unauthorized absence, we may refuse entry in the future lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

・The event scheduled for May 19 (Sat) will be held on May 9 (Wed) at 17:00

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.

※There is a possibility of availability, so after the deadline, the application format will be closed. Please confirm and contact us once by phone (03-5600-4441).

* If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,

・The event scheduled for May 6 (Sun) will be held on April 27 (Fri)
・The event scheduled for May 19 (Sat) will be announced by email by May 11 (Fri).

[About Waiting for Cancellation]
For those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
※The ball is prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
