FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that we will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in March. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".

This is a futsal class for absolute beginners who want to try kicking the ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy playing futsal!
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.
This time as well, the classes are divided into a super beginner category for both men and women and a women-only category (there is no particular level division, but competitive players are not accepted), so please be sure to check.

Part 1: "Adult Futsal Class (Men and Women Super Beginner Class)"
Part 2: "Adult Futsal Class (Women’s Class)"
*The ultra-beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those who have experience in soccer or futsal are generally not accepted.

 ※Although there is a parking lot, the number of spaces is limited, so please come by public transportation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that due to events at the gymnasium, parking may not be available at times.

□Eligibility
☆Men and women beginners aged 18 and over
☆Women only aged 16 and over (any level is acceptable, but competitive intent is not allowed)

Number of Participants
Both Division 1 and Division 2: 16 people each
* In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority).
* Women can participate in either one or both divisions, but if participating in both, the payment for both divisions is required.

□ Schedule(Held on Saturdays and Sundays)
*Please note that the categories and times differ depending on the schedule.

Mar 24 (Sat) (2 categories)
Sec. 1 (9:30-11:00) Men and Women Super Beginner
Sec. 2 (11:30-13:00) Women only

※There are no basic cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no alternative rescheduling.
※March will be held in the 1st round.
 

□Reception Hours
Part 1 (8:45-9:25 a.m.)
Part 2 (11:05-11:25 a.m.)
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception for the 2nd session will begin as soon as the 1st session ends, so please note that entry is not allowed until the 1st session is finished.

□Course Introduction

Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)

"Finally, it's the end of the 2017 season. The cold weather is over and the climate is gradually becoming more suitable for exercise. Also, there is not much concern about pollen in the gymnasium during this time. Let's have fun playing futsal with the coaches."
 

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor, Kids Leader U-6, U-8, U-10)
* Usually in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).

・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.

・Other coaches from the Development Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
 

□ Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue = First Sports Room Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) on the day of the event.
・If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the school office by phone no later than 17:00 on the previous day (Fri).
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, in the case of an unauthorized absence, we may refuse your entry in future lotteries.
The cancellation fee will be paid at the time of your next participation.

・Mar 24 (Sat) event will be held until Mar 14 (Wed) 17:00.

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
※There is a possibility of availability, so after the deadline, the application format will be closed. Please confirm and contact us once by phone (03-5600-4441).

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, we will inform you by email by "Mar 24 (Sat) for the event held on Mar 16 (Fri)".
※If you do not receive an email, please contact the following inquiry desk.
 

[Regarding Waiting List]
If you were not selected in the lottery, and would like to be on the waiting list for cancellations, we will contact you by phone if you are selected again in a subsequent lottery.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
※The ball is prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
