FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" in March. The venue will be the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area."
This time, it is a soccer class targeting adult beginners and women. Some days are exclusively for women.
Please take this opportunity to experience the fun of soccer and move your body together! We look forward to your participation from the bottom of our hearts.

□Eligibility…[Beginner Class] Soccer beginners aged 18 and over (high school students are excluded) and women

【Beginner Class】
Mar 3 (Tue) 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (90 minutes)…40 participants 【Women only】※Deadline: Feb 23 (Mon) 12:00 p.m.
Mar 10 (Tue) 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (90 minutes)…50 participants 【Men and Women】※Deadline: Mar 2 (Mon) 12:00 p.m.
Mar 17 (Tue) 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (90 minutes)…50 participants 【Men and Women】※Deadline: Mar 9 (Mon) 12:00 p.m.
※If there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
※We will try our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but there may be cases where it is cancelled due to safety concerns such as typhoons.
 

□Course Introduction… [Beginner Class] This is aimed at beginners and women. The session will proceed as follows.
- Warm-up (also includes communication!)
・Basic Training (enjoyably challenging kicks and dribbles!)
・Match (Create teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)
 

≪Coaches in Charge≫
◆Motoo Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General) ... As a member of the JFA Kids Project and a JFA Official Instructor, he demonstrates his strength and conveys the appeal of soccer with his friendly coaching style, armed with his wealth of experience.
◆Yukihiko SATO ... Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He was active as a professional player until last season, and from this season onward, as a coach, he conveys the experience gained during his playing days and the joy of soccer. 
 

□Participation Fee...1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
* Payment of the participation fee will be made at the venue on the day of the event. Also, in case of cancellation, please contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp).

[Regarding waiting list]
If you wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations among those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery, please send an email to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the unsuccessful email, stating your name and your desire to be on the waiting list for the adult soccer school on ○ month ○ day. If there is a cancellation, we will conduct another lottery and contact the winners by phone by the day before. 
 

Other
- Regarding shoes, please use training shoes and refrain from using spikes.
・Changing rooms are available.
