On September 13th (Sunday), Takefusa KUBO, a member of U-15 Musashi, along with Shoma TANAKA, Kaito MIZUTA, and Ryohei TAKENAMI, has been selected as part of the EAST team for the Menicon Cup 2015 Japan Club Youth Soccer East-West Match (U-15) to be held at Paloma Mizuho Rugby Stadium. Note: Takefusa KUBO has declined to participate in the U-15 (FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017) Japan representative AFC U-16 Championship qualifying tournament due to being selected as a member.
※The "Menicon Cup 2015" is a tournament where players are divided into EAST and WEST based on the location of their affiliated clubs, and they compete in a 40-minute half match.
※ "The 30th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15)" and "JCY Intercity Cup (U-15) EAST" and "JCY Intercity Cup (U-15) WEST" will select outstanding players from the participating teams and divide them into East and West based on the location of their affiliated clubs to form the Menicon Cup participating teams.
