We report on the activities of the "TOKYO GROW WITH" program (student business staff) implemented from the 2025 season.
This program aims for student business staff to expand their potential and aspire to become the next generation of leaders through experience in a real sports environment.
□ Student Business Staff Study Session (Online)
In this program, five student business staff members are assigned to each department, supporting operations and tackling problem-solving. Additionally, opportunities are provided to deepen understanding of operations from each department's perspective while learning about the overall business structure of the club.
As part of this, in August we invited the head of the Business Department and in October the head of the CRM Department as lecturers to hold study sessions for student business staff, where they learned about the roles and initiatives of departments other than their assigned ones.
In this study session, lectures were given on specialized areas handled by each department, such as partner sales, communication design with fans and supporters, and practical use of data, providing student business staff with a broad opportunity to gain knowledge about tasks they rarely encounter in their daily work. Additionally, by understanding club operations from the perspectives of multiple departments, it became an opportunity for the students themselves to deepen their understanding of the positioning of their own tasks and the importance of collaboration across the entire club.

□ Home Game Operation Support (Ajinomoto Stadium)
In addition to their regular duties in each department, the student business staff also supported the operation of each home game this season.
On Sunday, August 24, 2025, during the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 27 match vs Kyoto Sanga F.C., the 'AO-AKA Summer Festival' was held at AO-AKA PARK supported by JOYPOLIS, where all five student business staff members were in charge of supporting the operation of the festival booths.
On the day, the student business staff took the lead in handling a wide range of practical tasks, including customer service at the booths and organizing visitor flow. Despite the very hot conditions, it was an event with many visitors that provided an opportunity for flexible responses unique to such events and role-sharing for smooth operation, offering practical learning experiences that can only be gained on site.

The next activity report will include the final report of the 2025 season “TOKYO GROW WITH” program.
