□ About the 'Project Team on Creating Spaces to Listen to Children's Concerns'
The Children and Families Agency aims to realize a 'child-centered society' where all children can grow up healthily and live happily into the future.
To realize such a society, it is important to create an environment from the child's perspective where children facing anxiety and worries, and going through difficult times, can easily open up their feelings. We believe it is essential to empathize with their anxieties and worries and help resolve them. Therefore, we have established the 'Project Team on Creating Spaces to Listen to Children's Concerns,' mainly composed of young staff within the agency and experienced personnel from local governments and other field experts. This team is working on initiatives to create an environment where all children can confide their thoughts and worries to trusted adults.
