  ＜About forming a waiting line＞
On the day, in order to prevent congestion and confusion, we will distribute numbered tickets using the LINE app on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that those who do not have a numbered ticket cannot purchase tickets in advance.
※Depending on the distribution status of numbered tickets, it may be possible for those without numbered tickets to purchase them.

・This will be a [first-come, first-served] reception using the LINE app. Please download the LINE app (free) in advance.
・Tickets can only be applied for one person per "1 sheet". The time cannot be chosen.
・You will need to add "J.League x Blue Lock 'Project J.League' Special Goods Store Admission Ticket" LINE friend from the link.

※After obtaining a numbered ticket, we will call you in order of the ticket number via LINE, but if you are not present when lining up at the special goods store, there is a possibility that we may guide you out of order. In addition, if you are unable to come for a long time after being called, we may not be able to guide you.
・When entering the store, please present the QR code to the staff at the entrance of the special goods store.
・One transaction per person per ticket. Also, please note that re-purchase is not possible.
・The ticket does not guarantee purchase. Depending on the sales situation, you may not be able to purchase goods. Please note.
・LINE communication is required to obtain a ticket. Please prepare a smartphone or other device that can communicate.
・If you are unable to display the QR code of the ticket due to smartphone malfunctions or lack of charge on the day, you will not be able to use the ticket. Please come on the day when the app is available.
・Resale, transfer, and delegation of winning rights are strictly prohibited. If we find that you have entered the store using a screenshot, we will refuse entry and invalidate the ticket.
・The precautions and guidance for customers may be added or changed.
・Depending on the situation on the day, we may announce a "free entry" for those who do not have a ticket without prior notice.
 ※In case of bad weather or other circumstances, we may end sales without prior notice on the day. In that case, even if you have a ticket, you may not be able to purchase, so please note.

□ Information on Purchase Restrictions at the Venue
At the venue, we have set purchase restrictions for each product. Please be aware of this in advance.
※1 Up to 3 items per accounting, up to 10 items for collection items.


□Notes on Merchandise Sales
・The sales hours may be changed without notice depending on the situation.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate with us.
・Even those without tickets for the game can purchase merchandise.
・Purchases for the purpose of resale are not allowed. In some cases, staff may approach you about this.
・Once the products are sold out at the venue, sales will end.
・Late night and early morning visits are prohibited as they may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.
A LINE app-based numbered ticket is required for entry.
・Please follow the guidance of the venue staff when lining up. Also, please refrain from meeting with other customers while forming a waiting line.
・During the formation of the waiting line, depending on the situation, you may have to wait outside for a long time. On the day of the event, please manage your physical condition by yourself, such as hydrating, heatstroke prevention, cold weather protection, and using the restroom, and participate in the event without pushing yourself too hard.
・Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (only available with IC chip) using Visa, Mastercard®, or American Express (only available for lump sum payments). Please note that payment by credit card may take longer than payment in cash. Also, please be aware that there may be cases where it is not possible to use credit card on the day due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

・Some types of credit cards may not be accepted, depending on their content. Please note this in advance.
・Gift certificates, coupon tickets, point cards, etc. cannot be used.
・In this event, as one of our efforts for environmental conservation, we do not distribute plastic bags at the time of purchase. Please understand in advance.
・Please be sure to check the purchased items and the billing details on the spot. We cannot handle any accounting errors or product returns/exchanges after leaving the spot.
・After purchase, we do not accept exchanges or returns, except in the case of defective products. Please understand in advance.

[J League x Blue Lock "Project J.League" Photo Stand Exhibition]
We will exhibit photo stands with limited illustrations drawn by the mascots of all 20 J1 clubs and the characters from the TV anime "Blue Lock".
