Premier League participating teams, participating teams affiliated with prefectural football associations

Tournament Format
・The 24 participating teams are divided into 12 teams each in the EAST/WEST leagues, and a total of 22 matches are played in a home and away format in the 2nd Round.
・The EAST/WEST league champion team will acquire the opportunity to participate in the finals.
・The bottom two teams, ranked 11th and 12th in the EAST/WEST League, will be automatically demoted to the Prince League in the following year.
・The top 16 teams in this year's Prince League will qualify for the Premier League playoffs, and the 4 winning teams will earn the right to participate in the Premier League next year.
