This is a notice regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards for those who have applied for the 2024 season annual tickets and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.
Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following information. Thank you.
▷Recruitment starts ~ by Jan 14, 2024 (Sun) for those who have made payment and for pair seats only
⇒Annual ticket set will be sent out sequentially starting from Feb 19 (Mon)
※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.
▷For those who have made a deposit after January 15, 2024 (Mon)
⇒Tickets will be distributed at the home game venue starting from the Sanfrecce Hiroshima match on March 2 (Sat).
Please note that it may take some time to receive your tickets at the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.
We will inform you again on the official homepage or other means as soon as the date and location for pick-up are decided.

⇒The OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card set will be delivered separately in a "special box".

□About Delivery of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP
The delivery is scheduled to be sent on the following dates, so thank you for your cooperation.
※Even for people with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
Big Frames Regular U-18 will be delivered by mail, so please check your registered address's mailbox.
Note: The serial key for the 2024 special ticket can be confirmed from the application/payment completion email or the payment completion email, or from the member-exclusive My Page.
Please check the email or member-only page that was delivered when the payment procedure was completed before using the 2024 special ticket.
