The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the opening time and in time for kick-off, SOCIO members can use the SOCIO priority entrance, and there are seats available for all ticket holders to sit in.
Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery.
Please decide on your arrival time according to your preferred method of watching the game.

Regarding the lottery for the waiting line for entry, it will only be conducted through the FC Tokyo official app. We apologize for the inconvenience to those who are not currently using the FC Tokyo official app, but please download the app on your smartphone and participate. We cannot handle this at the office, so we appreciate your understanding.
【STEP1‐1】
Link your J.League ID
・To use the entrance waiting line and app lottery function, you need to link your app with your J.League ID.
・If you have not linked them yet, please link them from the app's My Page.
[My Page > Link J.League ID > Log In]
※Not necessary if you have already linked your app with your J.League ID.
※You can check the status of the link from the app's My Page.
[STEP1-2]※Only when applying to the SOCIO waiting list
Linking your One-Touch Pass ID and J-League ID
・To apply for the SOCIO waiting list, linking your One-Touch Pass ID (SOCIO) and J-League ID is necessary. If you have already linked them through the app or FC Tokyo My Page, there is no need to do so again.
・If not linked, please link from the app's My Page.
[My Page > Basic Information > Change > Change One-Touch Pass ID > Add One-Touch Pass ID]

※It may take some time for the cooperation to be reflected. If you cannot press the "Apply with the above information" button in STEP2 after cooperation, please wait at least 10 minutes and restart the app.
【STEP2】
Apply to the waiting line
・Select the entrance waiting line of the stadium and press the app lottery button to choose the game you want to attend.
・Please select either gate "SOCIO North G" or "General North G" to line up in the waiting line.
・Please enter the number of people who will be lining up on the day (up to 5 people including yourself).
・When you tap the "Apply with the above information" button, your application will be completed.
※If you have not completed the linkage of your One-Touch Pass ID and J-League ID (STEP1-2), you will not be able to press the "Apply with the above information" button for the SOCIO waiting line.
※Only the person with a SOCIO account can line up in the SOCIO waiting line. Even if they are accompanying a SOCIO member, non-SOCIO members cannot line up in the SOCIO waiting line.
【STEP3】
Confirm your ticket number
・You can confirm your ticket number when the results are announced.
・To confirm, please tap on the desired match from the "Applied" list on the waiting line and app lottery top screen.
・After the announcement date and time, we will send the lottery results sequentially through the app's notifications. You can also confirm your ticket number from the notifications.
※Screenshots cannot be used.
＜Notes for ticket confirmation＞
・The expiration date of the numbered ticket will be the start time of the line arrangement. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated time, cannot confirm the numbered ticket within the FC Tokyo official app, or have taken the wrong numbered ticket, you will be placed at the back of the line.
・If the pre-lottery application period has passed, please note that you will not be able to participate in the waiting list lottery.
