About the Class
・After joining, if there are no changes to the course or venue, it will automatically renew (excluding Sunday course for 2nd graders).
・Chofu Tobitakyu School・Fuchu School・Minamiosawa School Sunday Course is set for classes up to 2nd grade elementary school students, so it is necessary to move to another course or school venue when becoming a 3rd grade elementary school student. Please note that if there is no availability at the desired location, you will be placed on a waiting list.
・Fuchu School Saturday Course will move to Sunday when entering 1st grade.

□ Lottery Results and Membership Registration Procedures
[First and Priority Recruitment]
After the deadline, the results of the lottery will be sent to all applicants by email by February 27th (Tuesday), regardless of the outcome.


＜Winners＞
After the lottery result email is sent, we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership process by the deadline according to the documents.

＜For those who were not selected＞
After the lottery result email is sent, we will put you on the waiting list for cancellations. When your turn comes, the secretariat will contact you, so please wait until then.

[Second Recruitment]
We will inform you of the status of your application by email within 3 days after applying.


If there are vacancies, you can join from April, and we will send you the membership documents (around late March). Please complete the membership process by the deadline according to the documents.

If there are no vacancies and you are put on the waiting list for cancellation, please wait until your turn comes around. We will contact you again from the office when that happens.
