【U-15】FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa Selection Event
In order to organize the FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2020 season, selections will be conducted for current 6th graders based on the following criteria.

□Eligibility
Current 6th graders (born between April 2, 2007 and April 1, 2008), field players and goalkeepers
※We will strive to ensure that players can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes from their homes.

*The meeting time will be individually communicated at a later date.
*If the selection cannot be held on the day due to severe weather or other reasons, it will be held on the backup date.

3,100 yen (tax included)
※Additional payment fees may apply depending on the payment method.
※Also, a handling fee of 108 yen (tax included) will be charged when issuing "Selection Participation Tickets".
※Please note that we cannot refund the participation fee for cancellations after application.
□How to Apply

[STEP3]
After completing the payment process, you will receive an email from J.League Tickets (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details".
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
[STEP4]
Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
※When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register and have the ticket issued.
Please inform the staff that you are making an "Internet purchase" to proceed smoothly.
※A handling fee of 108 yen will be charged per ticket. The handling fee is included in the payment at the time of purchase.

【STEP5】
Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and make sure to obtain the signature and acceptance stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※If you are not currently affiliated with a team, the representative's signature and consent stamp are not required.

【STEP6】
Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven onto the "Exam Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
