[Day 1 Activity Report] FC Tokyo Summer Camp – Chiba Venue
Today, August 12, the FC Tokyo Summer Camp at the Chiba venue got underway!!
In the morning, 79 children gathered in Shinjuku, full of energy and excitement for the three days ahead!
With everyone together, we set off for Chiba and arrived safely at the venue.
There was no traffic, and the children arrived full of energy!!

After arriving, it was time for lunch!
For lunch today, we enjoyed delicious boxed lunches prepared by the children’s families.
The children recharged their energy while enjoying conversations with their friends and coaches!!

After lunch, we held an orientation to make this camp an even more fulfilling experience.
The coaches talked about the kind of camp they want these three days to be, as well as the importance of not only soccer but also the values they want the children to embrace while living together as a group.
The coaches are also very excited to see what challenges the participants will take on and how they will grow during the camp, which begins now!

And now, it is finally time for training!
The participants worked hard in training, chasing the ball and encouraging one another.
Although some of the children were playing together for the first time, they gradually began communicating with one another, creating a real camp atmosphere!

After training, they returned to their accommodations and headed straight to the baths.
After working up a good sweat, it was finally time for the eagerly awaited dinner!!
They enjoy a hearty, delicious meal to recover from the day's fatigue.
Mealtimes are also an important opportunity for the children to bond with their teammates.

Day 1 of the camp (Chiba venue) concluded successfully!
The children were full of energy from the very first day.
The three-day camp has only just begun, but we are excited to see what experiences the children will have and how they will grow from here!!
We have many programs planned from the morning tomorrow.
Through not only soccer but also living with their teammates, we hope to make it a day in which each child can grow even further!
