The Sieg Cup U-12 Soccer Festival in Kijimadaira started today.
We gathered early in the morning rubbing our sleepy eyes and departed, but soon after departure, everyone became energetic and was full of energy during the rest stop at the service area!
Upon arrival, we had lunch and then the opening ceremony began.
This year, Kawasaki Frontale, Gamba Osaka, Cerezo Osaka, Albirex Niigata, Kataller Toyama, Montedio Yamagata, and FC Tokyo,
and starting tomorrow, the local team AC Nagano Parceiro will also participate.
A total of 8 clubs, about 200 participants, and many players are taking part.
The tournament has finally begun!
In addition to the tournament, friendly matches with various clubs are also being held on available courts to foster interaction.
After playing many matches, we head to the lodging to take in plenty of nutrition and prepare for the upcoming days of the tournament.
Tomorrow morning, we will play the preliminary league matches, and in the afternoon, there will be a mini-game tournament mixing all participating teams, followed by a BBQ.
