【First Half】
In the first half, FC Tokyo U-18 somewhat controlled the game, but the first clear chance came from the opposing team.
They took a shot from a simple play behind the defense, but Kensuke FRANK’s save prevented the goal.
After a crisis comes an opportunity. When Kou ITO receives the ball on the flank, he dribbles through the opposing defenders and delivers a cross, which Takuto UEMURA finally pushes in to score the opening goal.
The first half ended 1-0.
【Second Half】
There were moments when the opponent threatened the goal with set plays and crosses making use of their height, but the defenders, led by Takuto ISHIMURA, fought hard and prevented any goals.
We continued to aim for one more goal, but were unable to score, and the match ended as it was.
As a result, we were able to advance to the Playoff B Final.
The next match is the Playoff B Final against Racing Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
