Regarding Automatic Renewal of SOCIO (Season Tickets) and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the 2026/27 Season

This is information regarding the automatic renewal of the 'SOCIO (Annual Ticket)' and 'FC TOKYO OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP' for the 2026/27 season.
Those who requested automatic renewal when applying for the 2025 season and have not yet completed the application procedure for the 【Century Vision League + 1.5 seasons including the 2026/27 season】 will be subject to the 【2026/27 season automatic renewal】, so please be sure to check this notice.
* Customers who have already joined for 1.5 seasons combining the Century Vision League and the 2026/27 season will not be subject to automatic renewal, and no separate procedures are required.
* Customers who joined BIGFLAMES PREMIUM in the 2025 season but have not joined the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the Century Vision League plus the 2026/27 season are not eligible for automatic renewal this time and will need to complete the procedures themselves. Also, please note that recruitment for BIGFLAMES PREMIUM for the 2026/27 season is closed as the capacity has already been reached. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
How to Check Whether You Have Requested Automatic Renewal
Check Method ①: Confirm the 【Application Completion Email】 for the 2025 season.
Check Method ②: Log in with your J.League ID on the automatic renewal details confirmation/change page.
* Those who can log in are 【eligible for automatic renewal】, and those who cannot log in are 【not eligible for automatic renewal】.
* If you have multiple J.League IDs, please log in with the J.League ID linked to your SOCIO number or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership number.

About SOCIO Automatic Renewal Procedures
The following can be done on the 'Automatic Renewal Details Confirmation/Change Page'.
① Confirmation of registration details (seat type, seat number, etc.)
② Change of SOCIO card issuance status (excluding U-12 and U-18)
③ Change of credit card information
* Even if it is the same seat type, if you change the seat number, you must cancel the automatic renewal and apply for renewal yourself.
* For those who applied for U-18 or U-12 ticket types in the 2025 season and are no longer eligible for U-18 or U-12 respectively in the 2026/27 season, the ticket type will automatically be changed to Adult or U-18 tickets.
* For those who wish to be on the 'Pair Seat Waiting List,' there is no [Request Field] on the 'Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page,' so please contact us by including your SOCIO number and name along with your request details at 'socio@fctokyo.co.jp'.

Regarding the Automatic Renewal Procedures for Various OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIPs
・Customers who joined BIGFLAMES PREMIUM in the 2025 season but have not joined the Hyakunen Koso League + OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the 2026/27 season are not eligible for automatic renewal this time and will need to complete the procedures themselves. Also, please note that recruitment for BIGFLAMES PREMIUM for the 2026/27 season will not be available as the capacity has already been reached.
・For those who applied for the U-18 course in the 2025 season and are no longer eligible for the U-18 category in the 2026/27 season, the course will automatically be changed to the regular course.
・Please register 3 My Favorite Players. (Due to system constraints, it may take time to register favorite players who are newly joined or transferred.) If you proceed with automatic renewal without confirming the details, the 2026/27 My Favorite Players will remain the same as the 2025 My Favorite Players, so please be careful.

For Those Who Do Not Wish to Auto-Renew
If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal for the 2026/27 season, please complete the cancellation procedure on the 'Auto-Renewal Confirmation and Change Page' within the auto-renewal procedure period.

・Please note that you cannot change your registered information after the automatic renewal procedure period ends.
・Only the membership information displayed when you log in to the 'Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page' will be subject to automatic renewal.
・Even if you selected 'installment payment' when applying for the 2025 season, the payment for the 2026/27 season automatic renewal will be a 'lump-sum payment.' *Please note that installment payments cannot be selected for automatic renewal.
