At FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, we are recruiting participants for events where you can receive coaching from FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches.

□ Wednesday
April 8, 29
・Futsal Class for Women 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In an environment exclusively for women, Promotion Department coaches provide careful instruction. Those who are just starting futsal can also participate with confidence.

4/8, 15, 22, 29
・Adult Futsal Class (Beginner) 8:10 p.m. – 9:40 p.m.
You can gradually learn the basic techniques of futsal.
This is the most popular futsal class at our facility, where beginners and women can participate with confidence.

□ Sunday
April12
・Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner) 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
This class teaches futsal from the very basics.
Recommended for absolute beginners, women, and those playing futsal for the first time.

April 5th, 12th, 26th
・Adult Futsal Class (Advanced) 8:20 p.m. – 9:50 p.m. 
This class is for those who want to understand futsal more tactically and for experienced players who want to further refine their skills.

□Holiday Event

Apr12 (Sun)
・One-Day Skill-Up Soccer Class
[New 1st & 2nd Grade] 12:40–1:50 p.m.
[New 3rd to 6th Grade] 2:10–3:40 p.m.
<Theme> "Battle in Front of the Goal"
This training focuses on the most intense moments in front of the goal during a match. Repeatedly practice attacking and defending decisions under conditions close to actual match intensity. Organize "what to look at" and "how to choose your play" in front of the goal, aiming to develop the ability to make judgment-based plays even in high-pressure situations.

This event is a Challenge Course.
It aims to improve basic skills (stopping, carrying, kicking) through various practice variations.
Coaches provide personalized guidance to support skill improvement for each participant.

Apr 18th (Sat)
・Parent-Child Soccer Class [Ages 3-4] 12:00 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.

・Everyone's Soccer Plaza (Inclusive Soccer) 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
This soccer class is open to any elementary school student regardless of disability, experience, or gender.
The session is led by a development coach experienced in instructing children with disabilities.

・Aozora Soccer Clinic 5:50 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
This soccer clinic is for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are junior high school age or older.
This event aims to enjoy soccer and bring smiles to the participants.

Apr 19th (Sun)
・GK Clinic
[New 3rd & 4th Grade Elementary] 12:35–1:45 p.m.
[New 4th to 6th Grade Elementary] 2:00–3:30 p.m.
[Adults] 3:45–5:15 p.m.
This is a rare opportunity to learn GK skills.
A development department coach with extensive experience both as a GK player and as an instructor will teach carefully.

Apr 25 (Sat)
・Parent-Child Soccer Class [2-year-olds] 12:00 p.m. – 12:40 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.

・Nadeshiko Plaza
[New Grades 1–6] 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
[New Grade 5 – Adults] 2:20 p.m. – 3:50 p.m.
This is an event where women, from children to adults, can casually "start," "enjoy," and "continue" playing soccer or futsal regularly in their daily lives.

・Soccer Game Day (New 2nd and 3rd Graders) 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
In the popular event '1-Day Cup,' FC Tokyo coaches provide precise coaching during the games, offering children opportunities to level up.

Apr 26 (Sun)
・Enjoy Soccer Class (New Grades 1–3) 12:40–1:40 p.m.
Under the guidance of FC Tokyo Soccer School Sunday coaches, practice will focus mainly on matches while having fun.

・One-Day Skill-Up Futsal Class
[New 1st and 2nd Grade] 2:00 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.
[New 3rd to 6th Grade] 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
<Theme> Spoon Kick
This event is a Challenge Course.

In addition to the above events, facility-hosted events are held daily.

【PICK UP Event】
"Park de ZUMBA®"

Date & Time: Monday, March 29 (National Holiday) 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Dance fitness "ZUMBA®" that anyone can enjoy regardless of age, gender, or dance experience will be held on the open rooftop!
Centered on Latin music, just moving your body to rhythms from around the world becomes a full-body workout before you know it. FC Tokyo fans and supporters might even be able to dance to that familiar "cheering song"!?
Please take this opportunity to experience ZUMBA®, which helps you have fun while also addressing lack of exercise.

[PICK UP Event ②]
"SKY PARK YOGA"

Date & Time: 4/4 (Sat) 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
We will hold "SKY PARK YOGA," where you can enjoy yoga on the open rooftop under the warm spring sky.
Why not refresh yourself by gently moving your body while being surrounded by the blue sky and a pleasant breeze?
This popular yoga event will be held again since last August and October. Age, gender, and experience do not matter, so beginners and those with stiff bodies can participate with confidence.
Close to the station and easy to join empty-handed, so whether with friends and family or alone, everyone is very welcome to participate.
Take a deep breath and enjoy a special moment to center yourself.
