We will hold "SKY PARK YOGA," where you can enjoy yoga on the open rooftop under the warm spring sky.
Why not refresh yourself by gently moving your body while being surrounded by the blue sky and a pleasant breeze?
This popular yoga event will be held again since last August and October. Age, gender, and experience do not matter, so beginners and those with stiff bodies can participate with confidence.
Close to the station and easy to join empty-handed, so whether with friends and family or alone, everyone is very welcome to participate.
Take a deep breath and enjoy a special moment to center yourself.

Event Overview

FC Tokyo × YOGA "SKY PARK YOGA"
By releasing physical and mental tension, you are guided into deep relaxation. Focusing on each pose enhances concentration and motivation, helping to balance mind and body.
A special day that brings deep and unforgettable brilliance to your everyday life.

Date and Time

Apr 4 (Sat), 2026, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
(Reception starts at 12:30 p.m., final exit by 2:30 p.m.)

Eligibility / Capacity

Junior high school students and older / 70 people
*Under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
[Recommended for these people]
・From yoga beginners to experienced practitioners (participants of all levels are welcome)
・For those who want to gently move their bodies
・For those who want to refresh both mind and body
・Also recommended as a body warm-up before individual futsal

Venue

FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (Artificial Turf / 1-41-2 Miyacho, Fuchu City, Tokyo, Mitten Fuchu Rooftop)
・No bicycle parking / No parking
・Approximately 1 minute walk from Keio Line "Fuchu Station" South Exit
・Approximately 5 minutes on foot from JR Nambu Line or JR Musashino Line "Fuchu-Hommachi Station"

Clothing/What to Bring

・A yoga mat or a vinyl sheet, bath towel, etc. is recommended
・Easy to move clothing
・Drinking water
※Yoga can be done directly on the artificial turf. Yoga mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities, so please bring something to place underneath if you are concerned.
※There are no changing rooms or showers available. Please bring your belongings onto the court and manage your valuables yourself.
* If you are wearing shoes that may damage the artificial turf, such as heels, please remove your shoes upon entry.
* Only water is allowed inside the court. (Vending machines available)

Response to Rainy or Severe Weather

・In principle, the event will be canceled in case of rain or severe weather. (Participation fees will be fully refunded)
・In case of event cancellation, we will notify you on our facility's website at least one hour before the event starts.

Participation Fee

This event does not accept waiting list registrations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please apply when there is availability.

Regarding Cancellations

In case of cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (by phone or email).
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
* Phone calls made after the facility's business hours until the start of the next business day will be treated as received on the next business day.
(Business hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)

Free until 24 hours before the event starts
After that: 100% of the participation fee

Facility Usage Notes

- There are no changing rooms, lockers, or showers available for use. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to go barefoot immediately. We kindly ask you to be considerate so as not to disturb neighboring facilities.
・Please understand that we do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuable items or luggage at this facility.
- Bringing and consuming alcohol is prohibited.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
- We do not offer insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during event participation.

Others

・Please note that photos and videos taken during the event may be posted on various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc. to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
・The personal information we receive may be used to provide information about FC Tokyo and facility events.
