Student Business Staff Recruitment Guidelines

【Eligibility】
Students enrolled in graduate schools, universities, junior colleges, technical colleges, or specialized training colleges (all with a course duration of 2 years or more) who can work until the end of June 2027

【Desired Qualities】
・Those interested in business staff work at a professional sports club and who want to improve their skills through practical experience
・Those with a desire to grow and a learning attitude, who can actively engage in activities
・Able to respond flexibly to current challenges and proactively propose new ideas
・Values teamwork and can cooperate with those around them while listening to different perspectives and opinions
・Willing to take responsibility as a member of FC Tokyo, fulfill their role, and contribute to the club’s growth as a student business staff member

【Application Requirements】
・Able to work until the end of June 2027
・Basic PC skills (able to use PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
・Able to work without interfering with academic studies

【Working Conditions】
Details regarding working hours, work location, etc. will be explained during the interview.

【Program Implementation (Participation) Period】
From June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (planned)

【Employment Type】
This recruitment is for a paid part-time job.
Successful applicants will work under an employment contract with our club.

【Hourly Wage】
1,250 yen
* Worker's compensation insurance will be provided in accordance with the law.
* Transportation expenses will be paid according to company regulations.
