April 5 (Sun) Machida Match "Yoga Experience Event" Announcement

On Sunday, April 5, during Sec. 9 of the Meiji Yasuda J1 Century Vision League vs FC Machida Zelvia (3:00 p.m. kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium), as part of the 'Meiji Yasuda Presents TOKYO SWEET DAY' event, we will hold a 'Yoga Experience Event' where you can try yoga at a special price before the match.

Event Overview

As part of the "Meiji Yasuda Presents TOKYO SWEET DAY," we will hold a yoga experience event at the throwing practice field next to Ajinomoto Stadium before the match. We have prepared two courses: Refresh Yoga for adults and Family Yoga that parents and children can participate in together. Stretch your body barefoot, lie down, and relax your mind and body to prepare for watching the match!

Course Details

* The target participants and times differ by course

1. Adult Refresh Yoga

Target: Junior high school students and older
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Registration Time: 11:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Number of Participants: First 30 people
Participation Fee: 1,000 yen

2. Family Yoga

Target: One child in elementary school or younger and one parent as a parent-child pair
Time: 1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Reception Time: 1:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Number of Participants: First 15 pairs (30 people)
Participation Fee: 1,500 yen

Application Method

Advance registration is required. Please apply using the dedicated form.
* Please pay the participation fee at the reception on the day. Cash payments are not accepted, so please prepare for cashless payment.



* Participation requirements
A separate ticket purchase for the April 5 (Sun) Machida match is required to participate. Tickets will be checked at the reception on the day.

Maaya Ono

<Profile>
About 9 years of yoga teaching experience. Transitioned to an instructor after about 20 years as an actress.

・In charge of group lessons, relaxation, and power yoga classes at Bi-on Yoga lava yoga studio and normal temperature studio.
・In charge of personal yoga and semi-group yoga at studiofit Toranomon for 8 years
・Hosting various event lessons such as LIFE TUNING DAYS
・Yoga for various companies
・Holding pair yoga workshops at TRUNK Hotel
・Yoga instructor for mothers

Engaged in activities with the hope that participants’ minds and bodies will feel lighter, conveying the wonderfulness of yoga—discovered as a hobby for maintaining body lines, dieting, stress relief, and mental calmness—as well as the importance and enjoyment of physical movement.

Response to Rainy or Stormy Weather

In case of rain, the event will be held at the 'Practice Track' located under the back stand.
*If canceled due to stormy weather, we will notify you on the FC Tokyo official website.

・Please check the details for the day in the confirmation email you received upon application.
If you are wearing shoes that may damage the artificial turf, such as heels, please remove them upon entry.
・There are no changing rooms available, so please come dressed in comfortable clothing and prepared to go barefoot immediately.
・We cannot hold your belongings, so please manage them yourself.
・We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage.
・The rights to the portraits of the participants in the photos and videos taken belong to FC Tokyo, and there may be cases where the portraits of the participants are used in FC Tokyo's press coverage, future productions, publications, and promotional activities. Please give your consent before applying.
・This event is intended for those who do not have any conditions such as illness, injury, alcohol consumption, or other reasons that would interfere with participation. If the organizer determines that participation would cause such interference, participation may be refused.
・Please ensure that the safety management of your children is the responsibility of their guardians.
・Instructors and event times are subject to change.
・Please strictly manage small precious metal items such as earrings and hairpins to prevent loss.
