March 29 (Sun) Announcement for Participants Recruitment: "Park de ZUMBA®"
We will hold the ZUMBA® event "Park de ZUMBA®" at the rooftop futsal court FC Tokyo Park Fuchu in front of Fuchu Station!
Since starting in April 2025, "Park de ZUMBA" has welcomed over 100 participants across its four events.
ZUMBA®, which anyone can enjoy regardless of age or gender, even if it’s your first time.
You might even get to dance to that familiar “song” beloved by FC Tokyo fans and supporters!

□ What is "ZUMBA®"…
ZUMBA® is a fun and effective dance fitness that combines Latin music and music from around the world with dance. It combines aerobics and strength training, aiming to burn calories and build muscle through full-body exercise simultaneously. No dance experience is necessary, and anyone can enjoy it in a party-like atmosphere. It’s a fun exercise that doesn’t make you feel like you’re "working out." That’s the charm of ZUMBA®! It is effective for lack of exercise and stress relief.

Joined the dance club in high school and acquired the basics over three years; in her twenties, she jumped into the world of theater and experienced various roles.
I encountered ZUMBA at a sports club I joined after giving birth to twins at an older age, and I obtained my instructor qualification in June 2017. Three months later, in September, I started a circle activity with the desire to create a place for exercise for moms who, like me, are lacking in physical activity due to parenting!
A unique fitness instructor who has a belief that 'people live to be healthy and happy' based on experiences overcoming the challenges of giving birth to twins and illness, and offers lessons that resonate with everyone from beginners to seasoned dancers. Also a YouTuber.

・Easy to move clothing
・Outdoor athletic shoes (spikes prohibited)
・Drinking water (only water is allowed to be brought into the court.)
* Both men and women have changing rooms and lockers available, but the number is limited. Please come dressed in clothing that allows you to move as much as possible.

□ About the Waiting List for Cancellations
Registration for the waiting list is not available for this event. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please apply when there is an opening.
□Regarding Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu by phone or email. Please note that depending on the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below.
* Phone calls made after the facility's business hours until the start of the next business day will be treated as received on the next business day. (Business hours: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
[Cancellation Policy]
・Cancellation fees are free up to 24 hours before the event starts.
After that, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the participation fee. Please contact the facility if you need to cancel.
□Regarding the Decision to Hold or Cancel the Event
In case of event cancellation, we will notify on the facility's website at least one hour prior.

In case of rain or stormy weather when the facility judges it difficult to hold the event. If the minimum number of participants required for the event is not met.
□About Facility Usage
・Please understand that we do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuable items or luggage at this facility.
- Bringing and consuming alcohol is prohibited.
You cannot enter the court with shoes that have spikes or heels.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
□ Other
- We do not offer insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during event participation.
・Please pay the fee at the front desk before participating in the event on the day.
・Online reservations are accepted until one hour before the event start time.
・Please note that photos and videos taken during the event may be posted on various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc. to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
