Based in Chiba City and Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture. Head coach Yoshiyuki KOBAYASHI is entering his fourth season in charge. Last season, they finished 3rd in the J2 League and won the playoffs, achieving promotion to the J1 League for the first time in 17 seasons. While retaining many key players, they strengthened their squad by adding Rikuto ISHIO from Vegalta Sendai and Takumi TSUKUI from RB Omiya Ardija, among others.
