FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School will open a new Minamiosawa School from April 2023.
It is a conveniently located venue, just a 1-minute walk from Minamiosawa Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line!

□Application Period

Anyone can apply during either period.

Until Feb 23, 2023 (Thu, holiday) 23:59 ※ The first application is not first-come, first-served. In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted.

[Second Application]

Mar 1, 2023 (Wed) 10:00 a.m. – Mar 19, 2023 (Sun) 11:59 p.m.
※Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will accept waitlist registrations once the capacity has been reached.
* If the capacity is reached during the first application period, the second application period will only accept waitlist registrations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

□ How to Apply
Please apply using the specified method for each.

＜Notes＞

・Multiple applications for the same class will be considered invalid.
・Please note that we cannot accept applications other than the above input form (such as fax or phone).
・If you wish to enroll in multiple courses (on different days), you will need to apply for each course separately. The enrollment fee will be required at the time of enrollment in any of the selected classes, and the monthly fee will apply to each course you enroll in.
・If you wish to join with your siblings, each person must apply individually.

From Mar 1 (Wed) 10:00, we will be accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis using the application form below.

【General Experience Application】
Classes other than Minamiosawa Selected Class (excluding newly opened schools/courses and classes opened in the new fiscal year) are recruiting members at any time. Please apply for a free trial from here.

※Please note that classes that have already reached their capacity will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.

□ Regarding the Sending of Lottery Results and Enrollment Procedures

[First Recruitment]
After the deadline, by Tuesday, February 28, as the reply deadline, we will notify all applicants of the lottery results by email by the deadline, regardless of whether they were selected or not.

<Those who were selected>

After the lottery result email is sent, we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedure by the deadline according to the documents.

＜Those who were not selected＞
After the lottery results are sent by email, we will put you on the waiting list. When it's your turn, the secretariat will contact you, so please wait until then.

[Second Recruitment]
We will inform you of the application status by email within 3 days after applying.

If there are vacancies
You can join from April, so we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedure by the deadline according to the documents.

If there are no vacancies, it will be placed on the waiting list for cancellation.
Please wait until your turn comes around, and we will contact you again from the office.
