This is information regarding the delivery dates of SOCIO cards, membership cards, etc., for those who applied for the 2023 season annual tickets and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.

□ About the delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please note the following.

▷Recruitment starts ~ Dec 22, 2022 (Thu) for those who have made payment and for pair seats only
⇒Annual ticket sets will be sent sequentially starting from Feb 9 (Thu)

※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.

▷For those who make a payment after December 23, 2022 (Fri)
⇒The delivery will be made at the game venue of home games after the Urawa Reds match on February 18 (Sat).

Please note that it may take some time for delivery, so please understand in advance.
We will inform you separately about the date, time, and location of the pick-up once it is decided.

⇒The complete set of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership cards will be delivered separately in a “special box.”

▼BETO Frame Regular U-18 simultaneous application
⇒We will send you a set of membership cards along with the annual tickets.
※If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.

<Regarding the "20th SOCIO Commemorative Uniform">
For those who have made payment from the start of recruitment until Friday, January 13, we will ship separately.
For those who make a deposit after January 14 (Sat), we will hand over the annual ticket set at the game venue.
