This is an announcement regarding the delivery dates of SOCIO cards, membership cards, etc., for those who applied for the 2022 season annual tickets and Club Support Membership.
□ About the delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. Thank you. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches against Júbilo Iwata on Feb 23 (Wed) and Nagoya Grampus on Feb 26 (Sat) will be restricted matches. If you have chosen the "refund method", these matches will be considered as "matches where entry with SOCIO card is not possible", and you will need to purchase tickets yourself. Please be aware of this.
'If you have selected the "Pre-allocated seating method", entry is possible with the SOCIO card.'

⇒Annual ticket set will be sent sequentially starting from Feb 10 (Thu)
※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.
▷For those who made a payment after Dec 25 (Sat),
the distribution will be at the game venue of the home games after the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed). Please note that it may take significantly longer to receive the item due to infection prevention measures, etc.
We will inform you separately about the date, time, and location of the pick-up once it is decided.
