FC Tokyo will hold the "FC Tokyo Soccer Skill Up Summer Clinic" for elementary school 5th and 6th graders.
This clinic will conduct a passionate 4-day training with FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches to help players grow into "players who understand and can make their own judgments and decisions in group team tactics".
To grow as an individual within a group, it is important to "share judgments".
To achieve the goals of the group and team, it is necessary not only to have initiative but also to have cooperation by sharing decisions made by oneself with teammates.
Through the clinic, the staff will do their best to provide guidance to develop independent players who can make decisions for the group/team to demonstrate their strength.

□Purpose
Development of players who understand group/team tactics and can make their own judgments and decisions

□Eligibility & Capacity
Boys and girls in 5th and 6th grade of elementary school who meet the following conditions
(1) Those who set their own goal to further improve their soccer skills
(2) Those who can participate in all scheduled days (5 days including reserved day)
・Field Player (FP) Course: Capacity 40
・Goalkeeper (GK) Course: Capacity 8
*If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held

□Date and Time
Jul 26 (Mon) to Jul 29 (Thu), 2021
Morning (Online): 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (scheduled)
Afternoon (Practical): 3:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. (scheduled)
※Reserved day: Jul 30 (Fri)
※You will attend without staying for 4 days

□Participation Fee
27,500 yen (tax included / includes 2 shirts and insurance fee for both courses)
※Payment of the participation fee will be made by credit card on the day at the venue.
* The shirt is an event original shirt made by New Balance [Size S].

□Content
Based on "contesting the ball, switching play, and hard work," develop players who can initiate as a team or group to score goals & win the ball.

＜Morning/General＞
Hold an online meeting to review the training and share the training image for the day with the team or group.

＜Afternoon / Field Player Course＞
Challenge to score goals and steal balls by working together as a group/team, and make your own judgments and decisions to achieve that.
＜Afternoon / Goalkeeper Course＞
Challenge yourself to actively defend the goal and protect the goal as part of a group/team.
Aim to acquire plays that serve as the starting point for switching from defense to attack.

Both the FP course and GK course are non-residential, commuter courses.

＜FP Course (Practical)＞Attacking and Defending in front of the goal (acquiring shots and final passes from the start of movement)
＜GK Course (Practical)＞Active Shot Stopping (Positioning and Saving)
※Joint training with FP course

FP Course (Practical): Build-up (Acquiring passing, control, and positioning to build an attack from the defensive zone)

□ What to Bring
(1) Clothing suitable for playing soccer (pants, socks)
(2) Shoes * Either spikes or training shoes are acceptable
(3) Shin guards
(4) Water bottle * Bring plenty due to the summer heat (5) Towel * Hand washing will be strictly enforced as an infection prevention measure
(6) Changing clothes
(7) Writing utensils
(8) Copy of insurance card
(9) Goalkeeper gloves ※Only for GK course

(1) Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection, this event may be canceled suddenly. Please understand in advance.
(2) Details of the day will be provided by email after participation is confirmed.
(3) In the event that you are unable to participate in the online meeting due to communication errors or communication failures, it will be at your own responsibility. If there are restrictions on data usage, please participate with sufficient data allowance. Please note that the online meeting will be conducted using the zoom application.
