FC Tokyo Soccer School Fuchu School Sunday Course has been holding school for U-5 to 2nd grade elementary school students. However, starting from October 2020, we have decided to establish a "Selected Class" for U-4.
Recruitment for the newly established class will be conducted as follows: Aug 27, 2020 (Thu) 10:00~.

*This school starts from October 2020. (Preliminary trial classes are not available)
*Eligible children are those born between April 2, 2016 and April 1, 2017.

Rooftop of Forestside Building, 1-41-2 Miyamachi, Fuchu City, Tokyo
※Approximately 1 minute walk from the south exit of "Fuchu Station" on the Keio Line
※5 minutes walk from JR Nanbu Line/Musashino Line "Fuchu-Hommachi Station"

<U-4> 11:40 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. / 12 participants
□Fees
Enrollment Fee: 7,000 yen
Monthly Fee: 6,000 yen
Annual Renewal Fee: 7,000 yen (charged at the start of the new fiscal year after enrollment)
※All prices are excluding tax.
※School wear fees are required separately.

Starting from Sunday, October 4, 2020

From 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 ※This is not on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be conducted.

Regarding the lottery results, the deadline for reply is Friday, September 18th, and we will contact you by email registered at the time of application by the deadline.
《For Those Selected》
After the lottery result email is sent, we will send the enrollment documents (scheduled to be shipped on Friday, September 18th), so please complete the procedures as soon as you receive them.
《For Those Not Selected》
After the lottery result email is sent, only those who wish to be on the waiting list will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you from the office when your turn comes, so please wait until then.

・Multiple applications will invalidate the entire application.
・Please note that we cannot accept applications through methods other than the specified ones (such as FAX or phone), so please be aware of this.
・This application will be for membership without a trial. If you wish to have a trial, please apply from the FC Tokyo Official Website School Trial Application Page after October 5th (Mon). Please note that if the capacity has already been reached at that time, you will be put on a waiting list.
