About FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa Selection Event
In organizing the U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2021 season, we will hold a selection targeting current 6th-grade elementary school students under the following conditions.
□Eligibility
Field players and goalkeepers who are currently in 6th grade (born between April 2, 2008 and April 1, 2009)
※We will strive to ensure that players can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes from their homes.

3,100 yen (tax included)
※Please note that we cannot refund the participation fee for cancellations after application.

□How to Apply
Please apply by following the steps below.
①Download the "Participation Agreement" from below and confirm the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19".
※Only those who have agreed to the guidelines can participate in the selection.

※Applications open from 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020
④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details" from J.League Tickets (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp).
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
⑤Issue a "Selection Participation Ticket" at Seven-Eleven stores.
※When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register and have the ticket issued.
Please inform the staff that you are making an "Internet purchase" to proceed smoothly.
◇If you have forgotten your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)"◇
Please log in to the J.League Ticket Official Website and check from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and there may be additional payment fees depending on the payment method.
※If you choose to pay by credit card (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent fraudulent use.
If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please choose "Payment at Seven-Eleven".
⑥Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and make sure to obtain the signature and approval stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or consent stamp.

⑦ Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven on the "Examination Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
At that time, please also enclose the "Participation Agreement" downloaded at ① above.
