We have added information about ticket handling for matches held under strict restrictions (relaxed limitations) with 50% capacity for each seat type.
The J.League has decided to resume the 2020 Meiji Yasuda J.League, which has been postponed due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, starting from Jul 4 (Sat) for the J1 League.
"Starting from remote matches (games held without spectators), we plan to gradually transition to games held with spectators. Please check the following for the handling of tickets at each stage. For undecided parts, we will inform you as soon as the details are determined."
Depending on the spread of COVID-19, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, restrictions, transition timings, and operational methods may change suddenly.

①All seats are designated seats
In order to identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, please be seated in designated seats.Please note that seat changes after purchase are not allowed.
Also, please note that due to restrictions on entry and designated seating, the seating arrangement and prices may differ from regular matches. Please be aware of this when making a purchase.
Seats up to the 19th row of the lower stands are expected to get wet in the rain. On the day of the event, in order to prevent the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving to seats or aisles that are covered by a roof and are available. Please make sure to watch the game from the seat you have purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
With the conversion to all reserved seating, there will be no priority entry for SOCIO members.
②Tickets sold only through Ticket FC Tokyo (J.League Ticket)
Similar to point 1, to identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, tickets will be sold exclusively through Ticket FC Tokyo (J.League Ticket).
③Seat Spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please be seated with a gap of 1 to 3 seats in front, behind, and to the sides. Accompanying persons, including family members who came together, must also be seated with spacing between them (children of preschool age may sit on laps).
④ Tickets go on sale about one week before the match
Due to the possibility of changes in match hosting restrictions depending on the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, ticket sales will be conducted for each match, and the sales period will start about one week before the match day. Also, the first day of sales for advance, priority, and general sales will begin at 8:00 a.m.
⑤ Temperature Check
On the day, a temperature check will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket, so please understand.
⑥ Area-Specific Exit
When leaving, you will be asked to exit by the area where you are seated. Please follow the announcements when exiting.
There are many points that are different from usual, regardless of tickets. We will inform you of the operation method for restricted matches at a later date, so please check it. In addition, the J-League has released the New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines, so please also check the information, understanding, and cooperation matters for fans and supporters.

▼Definition of consecutive seats when there is a gap between seats and precautions when purchasing tickets
As mentioned earlier, during games with restrictions, please maintain social distancing when taking your seat.
The above diagram shows the seating arrangement for matches held under strict security measures (strong restrictions), with a limit of 5,000 people. During matches held under strict security measures (strong restrictions), the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) have a horizontal spacing of 2 seats. The north side (Home) has a horizontal spacing of 2 seats up to the 17th row, and a horizontal spacing of 3 seats from the 18th row onwards. The upper level has a horizontal spacing of 3 seats for all rows.
Therefore, when purchasing, please consider it as consecutive seats if there are 1 to 3 empty seats between seat numbers.

During games held under strict restrictions (relaxed limitations) (50% capacity for each seat type), as described below, please leave one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right in all areas when seated.
Therefore, when purchasing, please consider it as a consecutive seat if there is an empty seat number 1.
※If you purchase seats automatically selected, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, "we may not be able to provide consecutive seats. We will provide seats that are separated. If there is no problem, please check the approval and proceed with the procedure as it is." This cautionary statement will be displayed in the system, but please proceed as it is.

when selecting two tickets, if you obtain seats "Row 1, Seat 1" and "Row 1, Seat 4",seats "Row 1, Seat 2" and "Row 1, Seat 3" are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.
