On Sunday, September 30th, we will hold the Big Frames Social Gathering exclusively for Big Frames members (club support members with 10 or more shares).
This will be an opportunity for members to deepen their friendship with the top team’s players and staff who will be participating.
Under the leadership of Coach Kenta HASEGAWA, we hope you will fully enjoy the games and conversations while giving encouragement to the team that fights tenaciously and earnestly. We sincerely ask for your enthusiastic participation.
Due to scheduling reasons, official matches for FC Tokyo U-23 and U-18 will be held on the day of the event, but we kindly ask for your enthusiastic applications.
Please note that only those who have become Big Frames members by the application deadline are eligible, so if you wish to participate, please join the Club Support Members or increase your number of shares as soon as possible.

1. Date and Time
September 30th (Sun) 18:00~20:00 (scheduled)
 
2. Membership Fee
10,000 yen/person (tax included)
※Includes a souvenir exclusive to participants

3. Target participants
Big Frames members 520 people (planned)
※If there are many applicants, a lottery will be conducted. Please understand in advance.
※Participation is limited to members only. Please refrain from bringing companions, including children.
※Please refrain from participating if you are a junior high school student or younger due to the evening event.
※Groups, organizations, and corporations can participate with up to 3 members, but the membership fee for each person will be 10,000 yen.
Please provide your personal name so that we can create a name tag for you.

4. Application Method
Please send a blank email to the email address below. Click on the URL that will be automatically sent to you to open the registration form, and then please fill in the necessary information and apply.

※Please let us know if you and your friends would like to have the same table or if you would like to transfer the membership fee for two or more people when applying.
※For applications from corporations, organizations, or groups, the same table will be assigned. Please let us know if you wish to have a separate table.
※If the application form is not available, please write "Exchange meeting participation desired" and (1) your name, (2) membership number, and (3) contact information (phone number and FAX number), and apply by postcard to the contact at the bottom.
※Please notify us of any address changes at the time of application.
