FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in July due to its popularity. The venue is the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to try it out and are complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.
Please make sure to check as this time it is divided into the super beginner category for both men and women, and the category for women only.

※There is no specific level division, but please refrain if you are focused on competition.

※This refers to those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Please refrain from participating if you have experience in soccer or futsal.

 *There is parking available, but the number of spaces is limited, so please use public transportation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that there may be cases where parking is not available due to events at the gymnasium.

・Men and women beginners aged 18 and over
・Only women aged 16 and above (no level requirement, but those who are competitive-minded are not accepted)

16 people for both Part 1 and Part 2

※In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority).
* Women can participate in either one or both sessions, but if participating in both, payment for both sessions is required.

※There are no basic cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no alternative rescheduling.
※July will have 2 rounds.

※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception for the 2nd session will begin as soon as the 1st session ends, so please note that entry is not allowed until the 1st session is finished.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※Will be conducted with a basic formation of 2 players

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class A, AFC Futsal GK Level-1, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor, Kids' Leader U-6, U-8, U-10)
※I am in charge of the Futsal School (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the Adult Futsal Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Advanced Class) on a regular basis.

"Finally, it's July. Due to renovation work starting in September, Kodaira Gymnasium will not be available for the rest of this fiscal year. Please take this opportunity to participate. All coaches are looking forward to your participation."

・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
* I am usually in charge of the Soccer and Futsal School (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and the Adult Futsal Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Ladies Class & Beginner Class).

・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
*Regarding the payment of the participation fee
・The participation fee must be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5:00 p.m. on the day before (Fri).
*Please note that if you miss the 5:00 p.m. deadline on the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, in the case of a no-show without notice, you may be refused entry if there is a lottery in the future. The cancellation fee must be paid at the time of your next participation.

・The deadline for the Jul 7 (Sat) event is Jun 27 (Wed) 23:59
・The deadline for the Jul 21 (Sat) event is until Jul 11 (Wed) 23:59.

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
※There is a possibility of availability, so after the deadline, the application format will be closed. Please confirm and contact us once by phone (03-5600-4441).

If there are many applications, participants will be determined by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,
・For the event on Jul 7 (Sat), notifications will be sent via email by Jun 29 (Fri)
・For the event on Jul 21 (Sat), notifications will be sent via email by Jul 13 (Fri)

【Regarding the waiting list】
For those who were not selected in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, if there are any cancellations, we will conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. The room temperature is also very high. Please bring plenty of fluids.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
※The ball is prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
