[U-15] Germany-Denmark Expedition Day 3

Academy

Second day in Germany. Today, we played a training match against Wolfsburg.
About two and a half hours by bus. The players were strong and fearless, showing no signs of jet lag.

Wolfsburg is a team with achievements in German youth development, having won German tournaments at the U-19 level and others.
The match was played in three 25-minute periods.

FC Tokyo dominated with strong challenges and quick transitions between offense and defense, winning by a total of 9-0.

After the match, Mr. LITTBARSKI, who has experience playing and coaching in Japan and is currently a scout for Wolfsburg's top team, commented that the team was "aggressive both offensively and defensively," which boosted their confidence ahead of the Denmark tournament.

In the afternoon, I visited the Wolfsburg Stadium.
The players were also excited as it was a stadium where Japanese players such as Hasebe had played.

Tomorrow, we will have a training session in the morning and then move to the tournament venue in Denmark by bus.
We want to prepare thoroughly so that the name of FC Tokyo can resound strongly.
