○ Match Report
The Kanto Youth (U-15) Soccer League Sec. 14 was held away at the Sumitomo Metal General Ground, where they faced Kashima Antlers Junior Youth. This tense match, where a loss could have dropped Fukagawa to last place, kicked off at 12:00 p.m.

The match moved quickly from the start. In the 2nd minute, Suzuki created a chance up front and crossed. Although it was initially cleared by the opponent, Nagura picked up the rebound and struck with his left foot to score the opening goal!! The match continued with Fukagawa in control. Centered around the returning Okazaki, they defended solidly to keep the opponent at bay. However, in the 35th minute, the opponent FW reacted to a fast cross from Kashima, creating a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper and calmly finished to make it 1-1. The match was back to square one. It seemed the first half would end 1-1, but in the 37th minute, Hanya shot the rebound from Suzuki’s shot, which was again saved by the opposing goalkeeper, but Nagura persistently pushed it in to make it 2-1, ending the first half.

From the beginning of the second half, Fukagawa boldly launched attacks. At the 45th minute, Shinada was brought on to replace Takeuchi, who had been working hard both offensively and defensively. Then, at the 51st minute, Hanya reacted to a cross ball with a header shot. Although it was initially saved by the opposing goalkeeper, Hanya pressed it in to score the third goal!! At the 53rd minute, Daiki OGAWA was brought on to replace Hanya, who was starting to show signs of fatigue, pushing forward to score more goals. Immediately after, at the 55th minute, Suzuki dribbled past the opposing defenders and struck the ball into the goal, scoring the fourth goal!! Then, at the 60th minute, Arakawa made his debut, coming on for Uchida. Furthermore, at the 68th minute, Suzuki once again powerfully shot the ball into the goal, securing Fukagawa’s decisive fifth goal!! At the 70th minute, Yui replaced Suzuki; at the 73rd minute, Hara came on for Nagura; and at the 77th minute, Iizuka was brought on for Kaneda, with fresh players also making an impact. Centered around Hasukawa, who has been a starter since the previous match, the team maintained their concentration and fought through to finish the match 5-1.

It was an all-out battle with five player substitutions, but all the players who took the field showed great spirit and secured the victory. This season, there were times when the team could not maintain momentum and continue winning after good matches, but they want to bring everything they have built up since their first year into the match against Tokyo Verdy Junior Youth, which will be the last game before the break.

Thank you very much for your warm support of FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa today.
We kindly ask for your continued support in the future.
