The 23rd Prince Takamado Trophy All Japan Youth Soccer U-15 Championship Kanto Tournament Final Round was held at Central Park 2G in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Blessed with good weather, the players also showed bright expressions. The opponent in this match, which will decide advancement to the national tournament if won, is the strong team JEF Ichihara Chiba. Intense offense and defense are expected from the start.
1 min: Aihara intercepts the opponent's breakthrough and feeds to Yamaguchi, but it is intercepted by the opponent.
3 min: Conceded a goal after being caught off guard by the opponent's passing play.

51 minutes: Aihara connects to Shimodaira and sends in a cross, but the opposing DF clears it.
55 minutes: Sato to Aihara to Nishimoto shows excellent passing play.
58 minutes: The opponent breaks through with a through pass, beating GK Ishihara, but Aihara throws his body to cover.
62 minutes: Koyama is brought on to replace the injured Aihara from the earlier play.
At 63 minutes, a shot was taken in front of the goal and everyone thought, "It's in!" but Koyama stretched out his leg and cleared it.
At 67 minutes, Koyama tried to break through on the left side, but the opponent desperately cleared the ball.
At 73 minutes, Yamaguchi connected with Shimodaira's cross and took a shot, but the opposing GK made the save.
78 minutes: Yamaguchi connects with a half-volley on a loose ball in front of the goal and shoots! It hits the crossbar directly. Neither team yields, and the match ends here.
The match goes into extra time with two 10-minute halves.
Right after extra time begins, both teams launch fierce attacks.
At the 83rd minute, Izumi is brought on to replace Kuramoto.
At the 84th minute, connecting passes from Tamiya to Shimodaira and back to Tamiya, who takes a wonderful shot, but the ball misses the goal by about one ball's width. Truly a close call!
At the 88th minute, connecting passes from Sasaki to Sato, a cross is made, and Nishimoto rushes in but misses the connection.
At the 89th minute, Tsukada was brought on. Shortly after coming in, Tsukada stole the ball and accurately passed it to a teammate. The first half of extra time ends.
At the 93rd minute, Yamaguchi summoned his last strength to apply intense pressure from the front line.
At the 95th minute, Takahashi, attempting to break through near the goal, was brought down but the referee ruled no foul.
The match was deadlocked and went to a penalty shootout.
Jeff took the first kick, Musashi went second, and the ball kicked by Jeff's first kicker was superbly saved by GK Ishihara!
Musashi's first kicker, Sasaki, calmly scored.
The second kicker was Takada, who scored firmly.
Then, GK Ishihara saved again the ball kicked by Jeff's third kicker! The situation became even more favorable.
Musashi's third kicker, Tamiya, narrowly missed the target.
After this, the fourth kicker Takahashi scored, and the last kicker was Shimodaira; if this goes in, qualification for the national tournament is secured.
As Musashi's parents, players, and staff watched anxiously, the ball kicked by Shimodaira struck the goal! At that moment, all the players on the bench rushed onto the pitch!
On the field, the third-year students, led by Sasaki, were tears of joy! Truly an emotional scene! It is proof that the players gave their all.
