FC Tokyo will hold the "FC Tokyo Adult Soccer & Futsal Social Event" at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu for participants in adult soccer and futsal classes held by FC Tokyo throughout Tokyo, as well as adults attending FC Tokyo Soccer & Futsal School.
We hope you will enjoy interacting with participants from the various venues while demonstrating what you have achieved in your regular classes.

Eligibility and Capacity

・Adults attending the FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School
・Those who have participated at least once in an adult soccer or futsal class held by FC Tokyo in Tokyo (Fuchu, Kodaira, Musashino-En, Kami-Igusa, Myoshoji, Eifuku, Nakano)
Capacity: 50 participants
※Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
* There is no waiting list. You can apply if there is availability at the time of application.

Date & Schedule (Tentative)

September 23rd (Wed, holiday)
・3:00 p.m. – Registration begins
・3:30 p.m. – Opening ceremony
・4:00 p.m. – Matches begin
・5:45 p.m. – Closing ceremony
・6:00 p.m. – Dismissal

FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (Artificial Turf)
・1-41-2 Miyacho, Fuchu City, Tokyo, Japan, on the rooftop of Mitten Fuchu

¥3,850 (tax included/insurance included)

Application Method

Please make the participation fee payment through the dedicated site "hacomono" following the steps below.
1) Register as a new member on hacomono via the URL below

* If you already have an account, please log in to complete the procedure.
2) Select the 【Home】 button at the bottom of the screen
* On a PC, select 【Event Application】 from the menu on the left side of the screen
3) Select 【Event Application】
4) Select the applicable event and apply
* Your participation will be confirmed once the payment is completed.
* In the unlikely event that the event is canceled, the participation fee will be refunded.
* Please be sure to apply from this dedicated site. Applications by phone will not be accepted at all.
* After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with hacomono. If you have not received the confirmation email, please configure your email settings to receive emails from "@em.hacomono.jp".

<About Cancellations>
If you need to cancel, please contact the School Office (by phone or email) by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, September 17.
* Please note that cancellations after this time and absences on the day of the event will incur a cancellation fee (the full amount of 3,850 yen).
* Please note that cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will incur a full cancellation fee.

Facility Notices

・Use of balls outside the court is prohibited (it is extremely dangerous because this is a rooftop facility).
・Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited on the court.
・The use of cleats is prohibited. In addition, shoes with heels are not permitted on the court.
・The facility is non-smoking. Please smoke only in designated areas.
・Please be sure to change clothes in the locker room.
・There is a limited number of showers, so please share and use them considerately.

Others

・There is a possibility that the event may be canceled due to natural disasters or severe weather. In such cases, no make-up date will be held, and the participation fee you paid will be refunded.
・Please be sure to remove glasses, watches (including smartwatches), and accessories (such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings) when participating. If you wear glasses, please wear sports goggles.
・The portrait rights of photos and videos taken during this event belong to FC Tokyo and may be used in various materials and activity introductions, so please be aware of this in advance. Also, footage of this event may be published on websites and other advertising media introducing FC Tokyo’s activities.
