At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender or experience in soccer or futsal, we have introduced rules such as "playing by walking (brisk walking is allowed), no body contact, and no heading" so that even those who are not good at exercise can play without fear, providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy kicking the ball!

This class offers enjoyable, beginner-friendly training sessions and games.
(1) Warm-up (enjoy communicating with fellow participants)
(2) Training (learn the rules while focusing on the basics of stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
(3) Games (small-sided games, such as 5 vs. 5, designed to give participants plenty of touches on the ball)

There is no waiting list for cancellations. If spaces become available, applications will be accepted through the application form on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat shoes with non-marking soles) are preferred.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Changing rooms are available.
・Please note that the portrait rights of photos and videos taken at this event belong to FC Tokyo and may be used in various materials and activity introductions. Also, please be aware that footage of this event may be published on websites introducing FC Tokyo’s activities, the Keio Arena TOKYO website, and other advertising media.
